This is 16.5 by  8.5  inches. It is missing .25 inch of its tip and one tassel is missing and the remaining one sliced to make 2 thin tassels. Just to the right of the letters is a 1.5 inch slice in the pennant. The town's High School's colors are Red & White. Streator is in LaSalle County & Livingston County.
