"PAUL ROBESON" - starring James Earl Jones
This Program is from the Original Broadway production of the PHILLIP HAYES DEAN play "PAUL ROBESON" at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City. (The production opened January 19th, 1978 and ran for 77 performances.)
The play with music starred JAMES EARL JONES in the title role and featured BURT WALLACE
DETAILS: The oversized 24 page program measures 9" X 12 3/4" inches and includes full production credits, synopsis of scenes, photos and bios of each of the actors and members of the creative team, promotional text and several pages of photos from the life and career of PAUL ROBESON as well as the previous stage successes of JAMES EARL JONES .....
CONDITION:   Does have some scuff marks and slight discoloration and some light edge wear - but, program is completely readable and still looks to be in overall very good original condition.
now, to me - the program looks completely fine.   This was taken out of a collection from a house I cleaned out and am selling all of the items, etc off.   so, since I am not a collector or expert - there is always a chance that it may have something on it that I do not see, etc.   however, i try to take as many pics as possible to show it 100%.   I do collect other paper products - books, etc - and this condition does seem perfect to me for its age, etc
