Here we have a spectacular ring.   The natural imperial jadeite jade is a gorgeous green.  It has been carved by a superb artisan in a domed shaped floral motif.  The carving is beautiful from every angle! The jade is set into a stunning 14k gold flower and leaf motif ring with the richly detailed gold circling the stunning jade.  This really is a museum quality ring.  It dates to the Victorian - Art Nouveau - Art Deco period I believe.
The combination of the gorgeous carved jade, and the floral form in 14k gold  is the epitome of elegance.  It is
classic and has great impact - with all the elements that you look for in antique jewelry - quality, design, originality, sparkle, drama, just a perfect estate jewel!!!
The ring is in superb condition.  There is no damage to the jade.   The gold is in excellent condition.  The top of the ring is 18 mm in diameter across.  It sits 12 mm above the finger.  The ring has a removable ring sizer on the band.  With the ring sizer it is currently a size 5 1/2 US (K UK).  Without the sizer it is approximately 6 1/2 US,( M UK) and can be easily resized if desired.  It is hallmarked 14K.  The ring weighs 7.8 grams.
This is a stunning jewel with great drama and style.  It is absolutely mesmerizing and is worthy of the finest collection.  The ring is so immensely wearable either during the day or at the most glamorous affair.  I was just at the Oscar Academy Awards and similar jewels were all the rage.  Treat yourself or a loved one to a treasure to cherish for generations and one which will only increase in value over time!
