    Description

    Could be Wheellock from Germany. They made most early souvenir porcelin items.  5 1/4 long and 2 3/4 high at heel. Item is over 100 years old & shows the Old Joliet Prison  that is the oldest prison in Illinois I believe. Damage free. Nice item. Thanks!
